Feedback on K-12 Distance Education courses for Open School
In working with Sean, I have found him to be very reliable and organized in his approach to work. Faced with tight deadlines and large volumes of work, he manages his time well, plans work schedules, communicates in a timely and informative manner and always meets deadlines. Sean is open to comments and suggestions on his work. He receives change requests in a professional manner and provides good suggestions and rationale based on his expertise in educational media.

Sean's creativity and problem solving were evident, as the site has to meet the needs of children who cannot yet read, and our budget was very limited. This site is now being used by both students and teachers in the public school system, and is being recommended for use by parents.

As Creative Director, Sean supervised several other contractors in order to create all the visual and artistic elements for an animated children's website and a website for teens on parental separation and divorce...,Sean was always willing to work long hours in order to meet the demands of an extremely short development timeline. Sean shows a tremendous degree of investment in his work and is always willing to work beyond the requirements of his contract in order to ensure the goals of the project are achieved.
